I am a technical support analyst and manager with more than fifteen years of experience. Although specializing in the Microsoft line of products, I am also familiar with and have worked with (among others) the IBM AIX and Red Hat Linux operating systems, as well as the installation and maintenance of Cisco and Nortel networking equipment.
Over the years I have also obtained a variety of technical certifications including the CISSP, MCSE/MCTS, and RHCE certifications (among others).
As well, I have what I consider to be ‘working knowledge’ of C# and Java, along with a vague familiarity with a variety of other programming languages.
